- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪No respect for your time. I have no comment about the care or expertise of the vets - had no concerns but as a practice they have no respect for your time. I booked to get a passport done for my pet, the woman on the phone said they'd get it done on the day. I was then told by vet I had to come back the following week to get he passport. No one called me to tell me there was a delay and when the day came to get the passport, it was also not done and was told, in a very huffy tone, that "sick pets take precedence over passport". Completely agree but no one called me to tell me about the delay so it's the lack of professionalism from the vet, respect for my time and bad communication that has made this review negative.
